ATTENTION:
  • Applications are accepted online.  
  • Candidates who meet the application requirements for graduate programs can apply to a maximum of two programs; with and without thesis.
  • The applicant is responsible for any mistake throughout the application process; thus, for any reason /s (due to the candidate's mistake, lack of information, mistaken / incorrect data entry into the online system, etc.) all transactions made as a result of the incorrect application will be cancelled, and the registration of the students having been registered will be deleted. Therefore, before applying, the application/admission requirements and requested information/documents should be carefully examined, and data entries should be made carefully during the online application.
  • The documents required for the application will be submitted in person during the registration dates. Certified photocopies or originals of the documents should be presented together, and the photocopies will be received after the originals are checked and approved by the Institute.
  • Please, read the entire announcement carefully. Answers for the questions about admission requirements to the departments, registration dates and documents required for admission are available in the announcement.  You may not be able to reach our Institute's phones due to the busy process of the application; hence, we kindly request you to get support via the e-mail address defined in the announcement.
  • The results can be recieved by entering the application portal (UBYS). According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the sheet list will not be published, and thus, the objections and complaints made in this regard will not be taken into account.

FOLLOWING STEPS MUST BE CONSIDERED ON THE APPLICATION PAGE
 
1)      Program Selection: The program to which you want to apply must be selected. Candidates applying for the avaliable quota of non- field must select ; "I want to apply for the avaliable quota of non-field" indicated on the portal.
2)      Exam Results: The system automatically retrieves exam results; however, the candidate should check the accuracy of the results. Candidates with multiple exam results can delete and add on the system. Undifened exam results should be added manually in the “add exam” section.
3)      ID Information: The photo must be uploaded at first. (It should be taken from the profile and have high resolution.)
Information in ID should be re-checked. Military service status for male candidates should be filled in this section.
4)      Address Information: Address information must be provided. It may be a home or work Address.
5)      Contact Information: Mobile phone and active e-mail address must be provided.
6)      Education Information: Your information is automatically fetched through YÖKSİS. The accuracy of it should be checked.
  • Candidates holding more than one Bachelor’s degree should only indicate the one to be used in the application (The system only accepts one Bachelor’s degree).
  • The grades of Transcript 4 system are automatically converted into 100 system grades via UBYS portal in accordance with CHE (Council of Higher Education)'s table. (Candidates having a score of 4 and 100 on their transcript can add their university's score to the system if it is higher.) (Candidates must check the accuracy of  Bachelor’s GPA)
7)         Other : There is no need to upload any documents.
 
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
  • To hold a Bachelor's degree approved by CHE (Council of Higher Education),
  • Foreign students holding a Bachelor’s degree from a Higher Education Institution in Turkey must have at least 55 points in ALES exam,
  • To have at least a B2 level certificate from DİLMER or TÖMER to indicate Turkish proficiency level,
  • Candidates who do not have at least a B2 proficiency level certificate from DİLMER or TÖMER are taken to the written exam to be held by DİLMER or TÖMER. The ones scoring at least 70 out of 100 in the Turkish Language Exam conducted by DİLMER or TÖMER receive the right to start graduate education. On the other handa,  candidates who fail this exam are given a maximum of two semesters to learn Turkish. Those who get at least B2 level certificate in the exams held by DİLMER or TÖMER within this period can start their graduate education from the following semester.
  • Foreign students having graduated from a Higher Education Institution in Turkey are not required to have a Turkish proficiency certificate.
  • The fee for foreign students in the master's program with thesis is 5,500.00 TL. This fee will be received in total during the registration.
