Course Regıstratıon For Our Foreıgn/Natıonal And Internatıonal Students

In accordance with the Batman University Directive on the Application, Admission, and Registration of Foreign/National Student Candidates to Graduate Programs, students who enroll in graduate programs at our Institute are required to have a certificate demonstrating their proficiency in Turkish at at least B2 level in order to register for courses and attend classes.
Students who possess such a certificate are required to send their certificates to lisansustu@batman.edu.tr.
Students who do not possess a certificate demonstrating Turkish language proficiency at at least B2 level will be required to take the Turkish Proficiency Examination (TYS), which will be administered by our University on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 14:30 in Room D-19, Block D, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Batı Raman Campus.
Candidates who obtain at least 70 points out of 100 in this examination will be entitled to pursue graduate education. Candidates who fail the examination will be granted a maximum period of two semesters to learn Turkish. Those who obtain a certificate at at least B2 level in the examinations administered by TÖMER during this period may begin their graduate education from the following semester.
Students who do not possess a certificate demonstrating Turkish language proficiency at at least B2 level or who do not obtain at least 70 points out of 100 in the Turkish Proficiency Examination (TYS) will not be permitted to attend classes.
Foreign/National students who have graduated from a higher education institution in Türkiye are not required to meet the Turkish language proficiency requirement.
